Please give us a minimum 24 hrs notice for standard menu items; more time for specialty, appetizers and some entree items. Delivery schedule is on a first received first priority basis. Payment: Cash, company check, Mastercard, VISA, AMEX upon delivery or pick-up. Specialty catering functions may need advanced payment. Cancellation fee: General catering orders may be canceled by 1 p.m. the day prior to the event. Orders canceled after that time will be billed accordingly. Specialty Catering, Purple Mountain Majesty, event catering, non standard menu orders must be canceled 36 hours in advance or it will be billed in full. Delivery: We will try to accommodate this need and this is a good reason for our advance knowledge of your event. Delivery within Reston: $10.00 Dulles Corner: $15. Deliveries are scheduled within a 20 minute window. Please be prepared to accept your order when our driver arrives. The drivers have many orders on their truck and must keep on time. Your cooperation is necessary and appreciated. Important, Need to Know, Facts Go ahead . . . make my day! Place your order by phone @ 703 476 5050 Orders may be placed between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Orders for next day delivery must be received by 1:00 PM. Many menu items have a twenty-four to forty-eight hour lead-time. So, Please place your orders well in advance to secure menu selection. Delivery is available and is assigned on a first order-received priority. Please realize our catering trucks have more than one order on them. Please be ready to accept delivery when our staff arrives. When placing an order you will be asked at what time you would like delivery. Please do not give us the time you are serving your meal. Our delivery window is 20 minutes either side of the delivery time. We try our best, and do not over-book; to get to your site at the assigned time but as stated earlier we have more than one delivery on our truck. Standard delivery is available from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. Saturday delivery is available with a minimum order of $250.00. Fees: Standard delivery within Reston: $ 10 Standard delivery to Dulles Corner areas: $ 15 Payment: Company check, Cash, Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Diners) corporate house accounts may be applied for and take one week to process. Corporate house accounts will be opened upon request and after meeting a monthly minimum order guideline. Credit card information must be given when placing an order if you do not hold a corporate house account. Even orders paying by cash or company check must be secured by a credit card. Cancellation: Standard menu items need to be cancelled by 1:00 PM the day prior to delivery. Entrée Items, Appetizer selections and Desserts need to be cancelled 48 hours prior to the function. Inclement weather does not cancel your order. It will be delivered unless you call to cancel or the Federal Government has Shut Down. Minimums: Where the items you are selecting is per person there is an eight (8)-person minimum. The minimum for delivery is Fifty dollars. At this time, we do not deliver individually wrapped sandwiches but are glad to delivery items from our catering menu.
